Information We Collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business email, organization, and message. When you request an emailed Technology Risk Summary, we collect the business contact information you provide and the assessment responses needed to generate that summary.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested assessment summaries, understand the nature of a prospective engagement, maintain website security, and improve our services.

Technology Risk Score

Your assessment answers are initially calculated in your browser. They are transmitted to the server only when you choose to request an emailed summary. The production configuration is designed not to store those responses in a website database. A summary may be transmitted by email to you and to Noval Consultants for follow-up.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS, server-side validation, CSRF protection, rate limiting, access controls, and restricted server-side configuration. No internet transmission or system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Cookies

The secure forms use a temporary, same-site session cookie to protect submissions against cross-site request forgery. The initial site does not require advertising cookies or behavioral tracking cookies.

Third Parties

Information may pass through hosting and email infrastructure used to operate the website and deliver requested communications. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Data Minimization

We intentionally avoid requesting sensitive technical credentials, passwords, payment information, Social Security numbers, or detailed confidential system data through these public forms. Please do not submit such information.
